The Beginner Beat Program (ages 3-6)
The Beginner Beat Program is focused on helping children build confidence through movement. They will learn Tap, Jazz, and Pre-Ballet techniques to improve coordination, strength, and flexibility in a fun and supportive environment. The Beginner Beat Program is a great opportunity for students to learn proper classroom etiquette while also developing social skills for the future.
Beginner Beat 1 (ages 3-4)
Students taking BB1 will learn Tap and Jazz dance styles. This class will perform one Tap number for the annual recital; recital rehearsals are incorporated into the weekly class. One costume will need to be purchased.

Beginner Beat 2, 2/3, 3 (ages 4-6)
Students will learn 30 minutes of Tap and 30 minutes of Jazz. These classes will each perform one Tap and one Jazz number for the annual recital. Only one costume will need to be purchased between the two recital numbers. A Pre-Ballet class is also recommended.

Pre-Ballet (ages 4-6)
Pre-Ballet teaches poise and grace and will make your little one feel like a princess. It will also introduce students to Ballet techniques and terminology. This class will perform one Ballet number for the annual recital. One costume will need to be purchased.
