Tumbling (ages 3-7)

Tumbling is a 45 minute long class, and it meets once a week. This class will consist of a thorough warm-up, and then progress into floor tumbling. It will start with coordination exercises, followed by forward and backward rolls and cartwheels, and will advance to back bends, limbers, walkovers, and sometimes even back handsprings. Flexibility tricks such as baskets and chin stands will also be studied. Tumbling does not perform in the annual recital; however, tumbling techniques may be incorporated into choreographed dances such as Jazz or Hip Hop.

**Tumbling (ages 3-5) meets Mondays 4:00-4:45, Tuesdays 4:15-5:00, Wednesdays 4:45-5:30, Wednesdays 6:30-7:15, Fridays 5:15-6:00, Saturdays 9:15-10:00, and Saturdays 10:00-10:45

Ninja Warrior

Inspired by the TV show, "American Ninja Warrior," these classes bring out the energetic and athletic side of kids. Ninja Warrior (ages 3-5) is a 45 minute long class and Ninja Warrior (ages 5+) is an hour long class, and they meet once a week. These classes focus on balance, confidence, following instructions, coordination and let's not forget having fun!!
